Reflector Dieffenbachia is a gorgeous, easy-to-grow plant for low light areas of your home. The beautiful, deep green leaves are speckled with lime green and yellow spots and it features a whitish-green central leaf vein. Reflector’s foliage adds a decorative touch to any location. These are ideal houseplants to grow in a warm room out of direct sunlight.

Care Guide

Light

To maintain a healthy plant, it should be receiving indirect light. If the light levels are too bright the leaves will scorch. However if the room is too dark, you will be left with a leggy and sickly looking plant. Find the balance that works for your plant and stick with it.

Watering

They like a really good watering then to be left alone to dry out for a bit. This is one houseplant which probably wont mind a routine watering.

How to Care for the Dumb Cane Recap:

  1. Medium to Bright Light: Light shade is acceptable. Avoid scorching sun.

  2. Medium Watering: They like their soil to be moist during the growing seasons and on the drier side in Winter.

  3. Warm Temperatures: Provide temperatures between 16°C and 27°C.

  4. Feeding: Provide feed to the soil once every month or so.

  • Avoid cold draughts. Constant draughts will result in yellowing leaves and leaf drop.
  • Be extra careful not to overwater when temperatures are cold.
